Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. PURPOSE

At Neo Beads Abacus, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction in all financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and payment-related matters for all educational programs and services offered by Neo Beads Abacus.

By enrolling in our programs or making any payment through our website or authorized centres, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

Enrollment in any Neo Beads Abacus program is confirmed only after:

• Submission of the completed admission form.
• Verification of required information.
• Successful payment of applicable fees.
• Confirmation from the respective Neo Beads Learning Centre.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Before Course Commencement

Parents/guardians may request cancellation of admission before the scheduled commencement of classes by submitting a written request to the respective Neo Beads Learning Centre.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.

• After Course Commencement

Once a student has attended the first scheduled class or received access to course materials, learning resources, or online content, the enrollment shall be deemed activated.

No refund shall ordinarily be provided after course activation, except where required under applicable law or approved by Dhanisth Ventures Private Limited under exceptional circumstances.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
• Payment made due to a verified technical error.
• Excess amount paid by mistake.
• Course cancelled by Neo Beads Abacus.

Centre unable to commence the enrolled batch within a reasonable period.

Refund approval shall remain at the sole discretion of Dhanisth Ventures Private Limited after verification of the claim.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

The following shall generally be non-refundable:

• Registration Fee
• Admission Fee
• Assessment Fee
• Study Material Fee (once issued)
• Digital Content Access Fee
• Franchise Application Fee
• Processing Charges
• Taxes paid to Government authorities

6. DEMO CLASSES

Free demonstration classes are offered to help parents understand the program before enrollment.

Payments made after attending a demo class are considered voluntary and informed decisions.

7. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

In the event that payment is debited but admission is not confirmed due to technical reasons:

• The transaction shall be verified.

The amount shall either be adjusted towards admission or refunded through the original payment method after verification.

8. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Where the same transaction is successfully processed more than once, the excess amount shall be refunded after verification.

9. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, parents or guardians should submit:

• Student Name
• Parent Name
• Centre Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Transaction ID
• Date of Payment
• Reason for Refund Request
• Supporting Documents (if applicable)

Refund requests may be submitted through the official email address or directly to the concerned Neo Beads Learning Centre.

10. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending upon the banking institution or payment gateway.

11. MODE OF REFUND

Approved refunds shall normally be credited through the original mode of payment.

Where this is not technically feasible, an alternative method may be used after verification.

No cash refunds shall ordinarily be issued for online payments.

12. COURSE TRANSFER

Subject to availability and approval, students may request transfer to another Neo Beads Learning Centre.

Transfer requests shall be evaluated on academic, operational, and administrative considerations.

Any applicable transfer fee shall be communicated in advance.

13. COURSE RESCHEDULING

Neo Beads reserves the right to reschedule classes due to operational requirements, faculty availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such rescheduling shall not constitute grounds for refund.

14. PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Neo Beads Abacus is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by banks, payment gateways, internet connectivity, or other external systems.

15. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refund requests arising from medical emergencies, relocation, or other exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon submission of valid documentary evidence.

Approval of such requests shall remain solely at the discretion of Dhanisth Ventures Private Limited.

16. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Neo Beads reserves the right to reject refund requests involving:

• False information
• Forged documents
• Misrepresentation
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Unauthorized payment disputes
• Appropriate legal action may be initiated where necessary.

17. MODIFICATION OF POLICY

Dhanisth Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.
